Never worked with an interior designer before and not sure what it will involve- here’s an overview to give you and insight into the process:
Initial phone call:
we’ll set a time and a date that suits you to have you’re free, initial phone call with me, Bryony. This will involve you explaining a bit about the project, what you’d like to achieve with it and an overview of who will be using the space. We’ll discuss the packages Gringley Bespoke offer, decide which one will most suit you and then set a date for the first meeting on site. Any you can ask any questions you need answering about the process.
Your time is precious:
So in order to make the process quicker I will send a brief questionnaire for you to fill in at your leisure to get some further information about your project before the on site meeting- This will need to be emailed back to me before the initial site visit, along with payment of the initial consult fee.
Meeting on Site:
We will walk through the space together, talking in detail about the design elements involved- specifically focusing on the areas that you have enlisted me to help with. I will also give you my take on the way you can achieve the best result from the space- I am all about adding value and want more than anything to help you to achieve the most from your space. Looking at things from a fresh perspective can really help to do just that. I may take measurements and photographs at this visit if needed in order to refer to them in my note making and further work on the project.
Dependant on the package that you have opted to go for we will continue with the process accordingly- It may be that you have enough information from me at this point to continue forward from my initial consultation and this is fine- you will receive a copy of my notes from the visit to help as a refence tool. You will, if you have asked for it, also receive a quote for me to undertake further work in the areas that you have outlined, so that you can have an upfront price for all of the work to be undertaken. If you have opted for a colour palette consultation we will set a date for our next meeting either on site or at the Gringley Bespoke studio to go over the colours and confirm your choices.
